Small batch, premium, organic, extra virgin olive oil imported directly from the Achaia Region of Greece. We are onsite for the harvest and milling. Our oil is made during the early harvest in November and early December when the olives are less ripe and yield the highest levels of antioxidants and polyphenols. It has a medium fruit flavor and lush texture. Using entirely with cold water, our mill is ISO 22000 certified for international health safety equipped with state of the art machinery. Underground Alchemy is a small scale herbal apothecary, we handcraft herbal extracts, elixirs, and teas. Following sustainable and organic methods, medicinal plants are cultivated with care in our perennial gardens. Many others are ethically wildcrafted from nearby fields and forests.

Bringing a taste of Germany from the Green Mountains, spatzle is a traditional egg noodle. Our recipe is both gluten free and delicious, there is not another product like ours out there!

We make happiness-inducing desserts that just happen to be plant-based, soy, gluten and refined sugar free.

Our business focuses on heritage breed pigs. Our main product is charcuterie (aged dry cured pork cuts and sausage) made from our pasture raised heritage breed pigs. We offer 9 different types/cuts (not all at once), including different salamis each with fennel, herbs de provence, and paprika; as well as cured shoulder, loin, and belly. We are proud to contribute to the local community and economy through our focus on farmers markets. Our mission is to farm with care for the whole system: Animals, plants, soils, humans, community, economy.

Wayward Lane Brewing is an independent brewery & taproom owned and operated by a group of friends who love beer, farming, and the community it creates. Nestled on 65 acres in the rolling hills of the Mohawk valley region of Upstate New York, our mission is to embody the farm to bottle movement by crafting high quality beers that capture the essence of the land using locally sourced ingredients, many of which we produce on this very farm!
